A Texas police officer recruited his colleagues at the Grapevine Police Department to help him propose to his girlfriend under the ruse of a stolen car warrant on July 7.Stephen Smith asked his girlfriend Amanda Radican to bring his cell phone into work after he had left it at home. Unbeknownst to Radican, Smith tracked his phone’s location using an app so that an officer could stop her with the fake warrant.A video shared to the Grapevine Police Department Facebook shows Radican growing distraught at her possible arrest, before Smith appears from a patrol car and pops the question.
