Looks like Amazon is testing meal kits

Amazon continues to break barriers. Now, following its purchase of Whole Foods, the e-commerce giant is reportedly testing meal kits for its Fresh customers. A Seattle man described his experience to GeekWire. Each Meal Kit includes food for two, ranging from $16 to $20 per kit (or roughly $8 to $10 per serving). The are roughly 17 different meal options to choose from, including “Steak Au Poivre,” “Tacos al Pastor with Pork,” and “Roasted Cod with Cannellini Bean Ragout & Pesto.” Amazon's prices compare favorably to that of rivals, such as Blue Apron.
