Ex-Taco Bell employee throws tea dispenser at former boss

Things got heated in Texas when a former Taco Bell employee got into an argument with her former boss! And the whole incident was caught on tape! Former employee Margarita went to pick up her paycheck when she threw a large tea dispenser at a man, who appears to be the manager. The manager responds by throwing the cooler back at Margarita and threatening to fight her. The manager then proceeds to take off his shirt to "fight" Margarita, before her son comes to pull her away from the scene.
