Apple will toss in free Beats headphones for students who buy a Mac

Apple has offered discounts to students for the past few years but starting today, those discounts just got a whole lot better. In addition to knocking off up to $300 off certain Apple products like iMacs and MacBooks, the tech company will also start giving away a free pair of Beats headphones with your purchase. If you buy a computer, you can choose from the Beats Solo3, Powerbeats3 or BeatsX headphones. If you buy an iPad, the company will give you either a free pair of BeatsX or $150 credit towards the Solo or Powerbeats. The savings don't stop there either with Apple Music also getting knocked down to just $5 a month for students.
