A bizarre video has emerged of a young man falling to the floor after he tried to fight an imaginary opponent in a shadow-boxing match.
The footage, shot in Senghenydd, UK on July 1, shows 24-year-old Ryan Rowlands falling onto his leg after throwing a punch.
According to his friend, Rowlands broke his leg in the ordeal.
