Snap stock closed at an all-time low of $16.99 Monday, falling below the company's initial offering price of $17. Snap's market value has dwindled from $31 billion to about $20 million as of now. This means, the investors who bought the company's stocks how now officially lost money. In Snap's first quarter of 2017, the company missed expectations with a massive $2.2 billion loss, diminishing shares by more than 20 percent.
