Kendall and Kylie Jenner Respond to Lawsuit: We Only Sold 2 Shirts
  • 7 years ago
Kendall and Kylie Jenner found themselves in hot water when they superimposed images of themselves over the photos of musicians, including Tupac Shakur and Notorious BIG, without getting the permissions from the estates… and now they’re being sued.

In fact, a commercial photographer filed a lawsuit against the sisters, accusing them of using two of his images without permission. And the fashion label for the sisters have responded.

They said they obtained a valid license to use and sell the images, so the allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless.

And they only sold 2 shirts.

The shirts were retailing for 125 dollars, but they were pulled from the marketplace after celebs and Twitter users called them out.

Still no word on whether the lawsuit will go forward… but if they did steal images, they’re going to be in a lot of trouble.
