In the one-off T20 match between India vs West Indies, Mohammad Shami made a mess of the crucial Evin Lewis catch which made Virat Kohli furious. Invited to bat, India posted 190 runs after losing 6 wickets. It all started when Evin Lewis was batting like a boundary hitting machine in the middle. Ball took the edge of Lewis’ bat, went up in the air instantly but Mohammad Shami made a mess of it as he, unfortunately, came in the way of Virat Kohli who was running from long-on to take the catch. Virat Kohli was not quite impressed with it and started abusing the medium pacer. As a result of that Lewis smashed 125 runs which helped West Indies to beat India by 9 wickets.
