Arab nations extend Qatar's deadline to accept demands

Four Arab nations extended the deadline for Qatar to respond to their list of demands to prevent the dispute from escalating. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Bahrain cut ties with the country last month, preventing travel and restricting trade. The countries listed 13 demands, giving Qatar only 10 days to comply with the requests. The White House called for unity among the countries, urging them to unite against terrorism.
