The death of Meena, fondly known as Chinnari in a borewell in the Ranga Reddy district of Telangana sent shock waves across. Even as the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation remained unmoved,it has moved a 12-year-old to take matters into his own hands. Ravi Teja, a student of a government school, was seen at Habsiguda main road on Monday afternoon, collecting gravel and filling up potholes.
