GST has been effectively launched from today and the results can be seen right away. In the Gujrat Queen Train , the TTE is seen demanding twenty rupees extra as fare charges. When asked why he was doing so, he informed that the charges had been revised due to the Goods and Services Tax. The passengers however were not very satisfied with the informal way in which the activity was being carried out and demanded the TTE to produce an official circular stating the revised fare charges.
