U.S. politicians criticize Donald Trump after 'sexist' Twitter rant at Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski

The U.S. president has been criticized by politicians on both sides, after attacking the hosts of MSNBC's Morning Joe on Twitter on June 29. Trump called co-host referred to Mika Brzezinski as "low I.Q. Crazy Mika", and claimed she was "bleeding badly from a face-lift" during a visit to Mar-a-Lago. Trump's rant has been labelled "sexist" by a number of politicians online since the rant, with fellow Republican Lindsey Graham saying the tirade was "beneath the office".
