Let us tell you that Congress President Sonia Gandhi met former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss the matter. During the interaction between the two leaders, it has been decided that they will boycott the GST. Other senior leaders of the party also believe that keeping in mind the sentiments of businessmen, the party should not be included in the GST's Midnight Program.
जहां एक तरफ केंद्र सरकार जीएसटी को लॉन्च करने की तैयारियां बडें स्तर पर कर रही है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ कांग्रेस जीएसटी का बहिष्कार करने वाली है। आपको बता दे कि इसी मामले पर बात करने के लिए कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह से मुलाकात की । दोनों नेताओं के बीच बातचीत के दौरान फैसला हुआ है कि वह जीएसटी का बहिष्कार करेंगे। पार्टी के दूसरे सीनियर नेताओं का भी मानना है कि व्यापारियों की भावनाओं का ध्यान रखते हुए पार्टी को जीएसटी के आधी रात वाले कार्यक्रम में नहीं शामिल होना चाहिए।
