Growers look to age wines gracefully underwater

Does the key to aging well lie below sea level? That is what Bandol wines, in collaboration with a local diving school in southern France, are trying to find out. For the past year 120 bottles have been the guinea pigs in an experiment to test the effects of the deep on winemaking.
