Joint opposition candidate Meira Kumar arrives at parliament to file her nomination for the upcoming Presidential elections. Kumar visited Mahatma Gandhi's memorial , Rajghat, to pay tribute before heading to parliament to file her nomination. The presidential polls are scheduled to be held on 17 July. The 75 year old Kumar is the joint opposition candidate of 17 non-NDA parties against the NDA's nominee Ram Nath Kovind.
