The reality TV star shared this picture of her son, Saint, in a car seat. Is this raising any alarms?
Well apparently fans took issue with the fact that Saint should technically be in a rear-facing car seat in the state of California because he's under two years old.
According to Us Magazine, some fans immediately flagged up the infraction. While it's assumed this picture was taken in the Golden State, there's a chance it was not. Also, Us Magazine reports that if a child is more than 40 pounds, or 40 inches tall, the law doesn't apply to them.
If Kim does invest in a rear-facing car seat, it reportedly reduces Saint's risk of injury or death by 75 percent in the event of an accident.
