After booking the room online through Goibibo, a travel booking site, she was told the hotel’s policy bans locals, unmarried couples, and single ladies.But Saraswat wasn’t informed of that when she booked online, so she was left stranded outside the Hotel Deccan Erragadda.  Saraswat posted about her experience on social media, and her story went viral.Goibibo has removed the hotel from their listing and  offered Saraswat a free, upgraded stay at a different hotel.
