Tejas whose kidnap had been schemed by DySP Kallappa had been caught by the Police a few days ago for gambling and then bailed out by an unknown person. The kidnapping happened immediately after. DySP Kallappa has been accused of being involved in a kidnap of a youth named Tejas. It is said that the police officer hired a gang for kidnapping Tejas for 10 lakh rupees...
