Restarting Investigation: State Department reopens Hillary Clinton email scandal

The US State Department is re-starting its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server when Secretary of State. The review was suspended in April, so as not to interfere with the FBI probe. The FBI concluded that although Clinton DID send and receive secret sensitive material, no criminal charges should be filed. The presidential candidate denies any wrongdoing.
