England opener Jason Roy has become the first cricketer to be given out for obstructing the field in T20 international history. South Africa defeated England by 3 runs in the second T20I at Taunton to level the three-match series 1-1. Whole story started when Livingstone, who was on strike with Roy at the other end, declined a quick single after hitting the ball towards point. Phehlukwayo had a shy at the non striker's end and the ball hit Roy on his boot. The South Africans appealed immediately for obstructing the field. The umpires first called it a dead ball and then decided to go upstairs. The replays showed that Roy did change his path and came in way of the throw. The third umpire had a long hard look at the replays and in the end gave the decision in South Africa's favour.
