Around 17 people died at Maharja Yashwantrao Hospital on June 22 as the oxygen supply was cut. However, Divisional Commissioner Sanjay Dubey, while speaking to media on Friday, ruled out medical negligence and oxygen supply failure as the cause of the deaths. Dubey said that they would “consider taking legal action” against a newspaper that had published wrong information about the alleged incident.
