Hebbal Women's Association Head, Umadevi thrashed woman who asked for return of chit fund money. People have registered a complaint against Umadevi. The accused is said to have promised loans from Karnataka Capital Credit Co-operative Society and Save Indian Women's Assocation Of Karnataka on commission. Sharada who was one of the women cheated off the commission money without being sanctioned any loan went to Umadevi and questioned her about the loan when Umadevi thrashed Sharada..
