The Pro-Democracy Burmese Activists in New Delhi, in India said the Draft Constitution should be postponed while millions of people who have been suffering aftermath the Cyclone Nargis hit in Burma. Lead by the BCI (Burma Campaign India), about 80 pro-democracy activists protested against Burmese Military Junta's Draft Constitution, near Janta Manta park in New Delhi.
