The Trump administration is considering banning travel to North Korea, after the death of the American citizen Otto Warmbier. President Trump declared Warmbier's death "murder" and called it a "total disgrace." Secretary of State Rex Tillerson can officially authorize the ban, which he has been weighing since April when an American teacher was detained. Warmbier, 22, died on Monday in Ohio, only days after being released in a coma by North Korea.
