Miles Teller doesn’t want you to believe he was arrested.

The actor posted this to his Twitter account, saying he went down to San Diego to see his buddy before he deployed… but he wasn’t arrested, he wasn’t detained, because there was no evidence to charge him with a crime.

He also doesn’t want you to believe everything you read, and he blames The Shore Club.

Funny thing is, TMZ reports that the cops in San Diego arrested and booked him for misdemeanor public intoxication… and that they also took a mug shot.

So you can make up your own mind on that.

As previously reported, Miles was partying with a group of guys in San Diego when an officer noticed he was having trouble standing on the sidewalk. When he was questioned by the officer, Miles was reportedly uncooperative.

That’s when he lost his balance and almost fell into traffic.

Apparently he refused to follow directions and was ARRESTED for being drunk in public – a misdemeanor. He was in jail for around 4 hours and was released without bail.

His rep has yet to comment.
