Best dad ever uses sewing machine to alter dress

A video has emerged from Australia of a father surprising everyone with his sewing machine skills and altering his daughter-in-law's dress.

According to the son, he and his fiancée went over to his parents' house so that his mother could alter her dress before a fancy dinner that night.

When they discovered mum had gone out, dad stepped gamely into the breach and amazed everyone with his ability as a seamster.
