'State'-sponsored terror? Paris, Brussels suspects got benefits while plotting attacks - report

At least five of the suspects behind the deadly Paris and Brussels terror attacks had been receiving welfare benefits in the EU prior to the atrocities. That's what Belgian investigators reportedly discovered when looking into the terror plots.
