It’s just like the old days for Josh and Anna Duggar, who are currently preparing for baby number five.
Despite Josh’s sex scandal, which doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon (he was recently hit with a lawsuit, accusing the soon-to-be father of five of stealing a stranger’s identity to maintain his secret online persona), the oldest Duggar boy’s family is reportedly on the mend, and Josh is becoming quite the hands-on dad. However, the two are still dealing with a few challenges, namely their finances!
“Anna’s pregnancy has gone really well,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “She’s feeling great and she and Josh seem to be in a good place right now.”
As OK! readers’ know, Josh’s picture perfect image was shattered back in 2015, when an uncovered a police report exposed that the reality star was accused of molesting five family members, including at least two of his own sisters, as a teen.
Later that same year, Josh admitted to having an account on the affair website Ashley Madison and cheating on his wife, Anna. He then spent six months in sex addiction rehab in 2016.
“Josh hasn’t always been the most helpful with raising the kids, but he seems to be stepping up to the plate a bit more now,” the insider told Radar. “They even came to Florida to visit with Anna’s family which doesn’t happen often. They went shopping for the baby and spent nice quality time with her family.”
“It’s her fifth child, and I know Josh’s used car business isn’t doing great,” the insider claimed. “I don’t know how they do it having another mouth to feed.”
As previously reported, a source recently claimed that the Duggar had a car stolen right from under his nose, when a customer drove off the lot, for what was supposed to be a test drive, and never came back.
“I’m just happy they are in a better place these days and that Anna seems happy. She’s really excited for the baby to be born,” the source continued. “I just hope they can figure out a better way to make ends meet.”
