Info from Licensor: "Wrong way driver going full speed caught on dash cam on 71 south bond carpool lane. On 6/12/17 12:30pm. An elderly lady had a blank stare on her face. While motorcycle cops were on the other side of the freeway chasing her down trying to get her to pull over."
