K Surendran's Complaint : HC Asks 259 Voters To Appers in Court

The kerala high court on Monday, asked 259 voters in Manjeswaram assembly constituency to appear in court. The court served them notices on the basis on the petition filed by BJP state general secretary K Surendran, who complained of rampant bogus voting in the assembly elections last year.
