in a superstitious incident, Telangana man was arrested for digging up a national highway in search of a lingam as he claimed have been “visited” by Lord Shiva in his dreams. Lakhan Manoj (30), deployed an earth-moving machine to dig a 15-feet well on the National Highway 163 that connects Hyderabad and Warangal. The spot was at Jangaon, about 80 km from Hyderabad.
