Dem senator hammers DeVos on Ed Department allowing discrimination of LGBT students

Oregon Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley repeatedly asks whether Betsy DeVos's Education Department is going to continue to fund private and charter schools that discriminate against LGBT students.
