Morning Joe Scarborough literally had to stop the interview in order to get EPA chief Scott Pruitt to answer a very simple question about the President's beliefs regarding climate change. It is part of a number of contentious interviews that have followed the President's pullout of the Paris Accords where his top aides have dodged answering whether the President believes in climate change or if he continues to believe that it is a hoax orchestrated by the Chinese as he has advocated for a number of years.
