More than 130 Muslim leaders refused to offer funeral prayers the Muslim leaders said in a statement. U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson noted he was encouraged by their decision to condemn the act. ISIS claimed responsibility for the terror attack, which left seven civilians dead.
