Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has blamed a few Biharis for scam controversy . He said that "A few Biharis are spoiling our image. It was the board which took action in the matter. It is wrong to say we were sitting on reports of malpractices," he added. Earlier the Patna police arrested this year's Arts topper Ganesh Kumar on charge of forgery of documents.
