Info from Licensor: "I was driving home from the grocery store and a funnel cloud formed overhead. I pulled over and took a picture. As I watched I realized it was heading toward my daughters my daughter's home. My phone battery was at 9% so I quickly called and told her to take the grandkids into the basement."
