Satisfy baby's right- and left-brain appetites with Baby Gourmet, Fall/Winter. Catered to infants and toddlers, this 40-minute program showcases traditional American foods and beverages associated with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Chef Beary-Good presents about 10 different fruits, vegetables, and cheeses to her "students" (the audience). Each food's name is spelled and spoken by an off-camera grownup. Then, presto! It's magically transformed into glorious party fare, like Sweet Potato Flan, or Roasted Salmon with Orange Sauce. Tossed in among these vocabulary and word/picture association lessons are scenes of happy family celebrations and shimmering holiday décor. It's all underscored by music-box versions of Mozart and Beethoven to create a stylish, high-gloss food encounter of the Baby Mozart kind
