According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul could choose to head to the San Antonio Spurs in free agency. Paul has a player option for another year in his contract but he is expected to decline this summer and become a free agent. The nine-time All-Star is reported to be interested in playing in the Spurs system and the team is likely to land a face-to-face meeting with him. The Spurs, headed by Gregg Popovich, are consistently one of the best teams in the NBA and have one of the league's best players in Kawhi Leonard.
