An old woman was captured on camera in Megan Hospital, Shimoga, dragging her husband down to the ground floor from second floor for a X-ray test. The reason for the heart wrenching act was the couple had been requesting the hospital staff for a wheel chair for the last 3 days, but unfortunately there was no one to hear their plight.
