Nissan launches SUV equipped with follow-me drone in the U.K.

LONDON — Nissan has decided to equip its latest X-Trail SUV with a follow-me drone as one of its extra options to be sold in the U.K.
The Nissan X-Trail SUV comes with a Parrot Bebop 2 drone as part of an optional package.
The drone has a remote control and a headset. The follow-me drone comes equipped with a 14 megapixel camera and weighs 500g. It has a flight time of up to 25 minutes.
The drone is equipped with visual tracking technology, so it can autonomously follow users on the move. It can also be used separately when users engage in other outdoor activities.
The company has not said whether this package will be available in the U.S.
