A dead whale was found on the Agate Beach in Bolinas, California, on Friday, May 26.This video from May 27 shows the scene.The animal, which measured 79 feet long according to reports, was identified as a blue whale by scientists from the Marine Mammal Center. The center had collected samples of the female whale’s skin and blubber for a full necropsy.
