'Silicon Valley' star T.J. Miller not returning for season 5

HBO announced today that they are renewing both 'Veep' and 'Silicon Valley' but the latter will be losing a major star. T.J. Miller, who plays Erlich Bachman, has been a main character for the shows first four seasons but will not be returning for the fifth season. “The producers of ‘Silicon Valley’ and T.J. Miller have mutually agreed that T.J. will not return for season 5." Miller's career has been on the upswing since the series started and has already landed roles in 'Deadpool', 'The Emoji Movie' and next year's 'Ready Player One.'
