Man arrested outside Buckingham Palace as the Queen leaves

Footage of police officers arresting a man outside Buckingham Palace, London, UK on May 24.
The Metropolitan Police issued a statement saying the man was in possession of a knife.
No injuries were reported and police said the intervention was not believed to be terrorism related.
