Driver gets caught bundling 13 people onto 3 seat vehicle

Footage has emerged from China of police stopping a three-seat vehicle transporting 13 people.
The video, shot in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia on May 12, shows a man bailing from the overloaded vehicle before it is stopped by a policeman.
The driver was reportedly deducted 12 points and fined by police.
