Manchester police arrest suspect in suicide attack

British police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the suicide bombing that rocked Manchester, England. 22 people were killed Prime Minister Theresa May had earlier confirmed that police believed they knew the identity of the suicide bomber, who died at the scene.
