Angry Birds 2 to fly into theaters in 2019

Following the big success of The Angry Birds Movie, which drew in nearly $350 million in the worldwide box office, Columbia Pictures and Rovio are teaming up to bring Angry Birds 2 to the theaters. The animated movie is set to premiere on September 20, 2019, The movie will be directed by Thurop Van Orman, who has previously worked on The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and Adventure Time.
