At The Top of The Class: Arkansas State Women's Tennis

Sun Belt RISE Program member Cody Stevens talked with women's tennis junior Chiara Stefanov and sophomore Victoria Pisani about the success the two have had on the court and in the classroom. The Arkansas State women's tennis program has won back-to-back Sun Belt Conference academic awards with Pisani and Stefanov at or near the top of the team in GPA.
Cody Stevens is a senior majoring in Radio and Television Broadcast Journalism. He's worked in numerous capacities at ASU-TV for the past four years, including being the Student Sports Producer.
The Sun Belt Conference RISE Program is a partnership between the Sun Belt Conference and its 13 member institutions that gives one student on each campus the unique opportunity to act as a standalone digital media correspondent for the conference office. Each student aspires to have a career in digital media and has worked closely with Sun Belt Conference staff in developing each of their stories to tell the stories of student-athletes in a unique, intriguing and most importantly honest way.
