Three time Super Bowl champion, Emmitt Smith stopped by our special Super Bowl edition of Sway in the Morning -- at the NFL headquarters.

This legendary player spoke to us about playing in the golden era of football and even gives advice to younger players who are getting in trouble off the field.

"Football is an opportunity to elevate you to the next level." Emmitt tells us. "The key word is opportunity to. Opportunity do further your life, to further your career, to further other things, because it opens up so many doors... Some [players are now] on radio, some on television... Further your brand through media. I furthered my brand through business... My identity isn't football, it's me who as I am."
