One of the most popular Emirati Customs is the "Hag el Leila" celebration. Hag el Leila literally means "Right For The Nights". It marks the eve of the 15th of Shaaban, the 8th month of the Lunar Calendar. Emirati kids dress up in their festive traditional clothing and roam the neighbhorhood, going door to door.
