Obama Reportedly Said About Trump: 'Nothing But A Bullsh__er'

People magazine reported Wednesday what Barack Obama told several friends about Donald Trump last year.

Former President Obama called Donald Trump a number of things during the 2016 campaign, including “unprepared” and “unfit,” reports the New York Daily News.
Though Obama hasn’t publicly criticized Trump since his election as president, it appears he has done so behind closed doors.
According to Obama's friends who spoke with People magazine, moments after Obama concluded his congratulatory election night call to Trump, he characterized the then president-elect a “bulls***er.”
People reports that the full comment was, “He’s nothing but a bullsh–ter,” and it came after, “Trump suddenly professed his 'respect' and 'admiration' for Obama—after years of hectoring.”
Whether or not the flattery was genuine at the time it was given is unknowable, since the election, Trump has taken aim at Obama on several occasions.
In March, he tweeted a very serious accusation, writing, “Terrible! Found out that Obama had my 'wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism! How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”
About a month later, Trump said via Twitter, “When will Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd and @NBCNews start talking about the Obama SURVEILLANCE SCANDAL and stop with the Fake Trump/Russia story?”
Despite the taunts, Obama has refrained from retaliation. He’s also been very careful about weighing in on political matters at large.
Former Obama adviser David Axelrod told People, “He’s very respectful of the appropriate role of a former president…Obviously, this now is a unique set of circumstances, but my sense is that he’s going to try and respect that tradition while reserving the right to speak out in given moments when things rise to that level.”
